Before You Book — Common Questions
Quick answers to help you decide if Kartwise is the right fit.
What happens on the demo call?▾
It's a 20-minute call. We'll show you Kartwise working on a store similar to yours, walk through the features relevant to your business, and answer any questions. No pressure to buy.
How long does setup take?▾
Most stores are live in minutes. Install Kartwise from the Shopify App Store and it reads your products and policies automatically — then add the chat widget from your theme editor.
Do I need any technical skills or a developer?▾
None at all. Kartwise is designed for store owners, not developers. Everything is managed through a simple dashboard inside your Shopify admin.
Can I try it before committing to a plan?▾
Yes. The Free plan includes 50 AI chats a month, so you can see real results with your own customers before upgrading.
What information should I have ready for the call?▾
Just your store URL and a rough sense of what your customers ask about most. We'll take it from there. The more you tell us, the more we can tailor the demo to your specific situation.
Is there a free plan?▾
Yes. Install Kartwise free from the Shopify App Store — the Free plan includes 50 AI chats a month, FAQ answers, and handoff to Shopify Inbox. Paid plans start at $19/month.
