They get a claim reference (CLM-…) and can ask the chat for its status. You work claims from a claims inbox and a block on the Shopify order page: create a Shopify return, approve or decline it, and refund with an exact preview. Claims tag the order and trigger Shopify Flow. Staff approve every refund; the AI never promises one.

When a customer needs a person, the chat hands off to your support team with context: what the customer already said, plus any order or claim. Shopify Inbox and Tidio are built in — the summary is sent automatically in Tidio and copied for Shopify Inbox. Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, LiveChat and others are connected for you on Starter and up. Call-back requests include the customer's phone number, and customers can edit the message before it's sent.

GDPR & Privacy — Built In
You accept the Terms, Privacy Policy, DPA and subprocessor list in the app. Chats are kept 90 days. Claim photos are deleted 2 weeks after a claim closes (or 30 days after it's archived); claims are archived after 60 days without activity and deleted after a year. Card numbers are stripped, transcripts are redacted, and staff access to customer data is logged. A notice in the widget tells shoppers about AI use and retention, and their consent preferences are respected.
